RingConn Gen 3 Smart Ring

A ring beats a watch for sleep tracking because people actually keep it on at night, and that is where most of the useful data is. The RingConn does sleep stages, heart-rate variability and recovery scores, and crucially charges every ten to twelve days rather than nightly. The headline difference from the obvious competitor is no subscription — three hundred and forty-nine dollars once, not plus six dollars a month forever. Sizing matters and the kit should be ordered first. Skip it for someone who wants a screen; this has none, by design.
