J.VER Solid Oxford Button-Down Shirt

This collection had five knits, two cardigans and one heavyweight denim shirt, and nothing crisp. A plain oxford is the layer underneath all of it, and at twenty dollars there is no argument for owning only one. The fabric is a cotton blend, so it holds a collar better than pure cotton and needs less ironing — the trade is that it breathes slightly less. Slim through the body, which is correct for layering and wrong for anyone broad. Buy white and light blue. Skip the patterned versions; the look this page is after does not have patterns in it.
