Aura Carver 10-Inch Digital Picture Frame

The reason this works on someone who has everything is that the object is not the point — the hundred photographs you put on it before handing it over are. Aura's frame has no subscription, unlimited storage, and a properly matte screen that looks like a print rather than an iPad left on a shelf. Family can add pictures from their phones afterwards, which is where it becomes something other than a gadget. Setup wants his Wi-Fi password. Skip it for someone private about photographs; for everyone else it is the most emotional item in this collection.
