This is the highest-reviewed thing in this collection by a wide margin, and the reason is that it needs nothing else: black mullet plus the cap, worn with a band shirt he already owns. That is the entire costume. The wig is coarse up close and shiny under a flash, which is true of every costume mullet ever made, but from conversational distance it reads correctly. Add the blonde Garth wig for a second person and you have a two-person bit that costs less than forty dollars total. Skip it if you want something that holds up to close inspection in daylight.
